To apply for roles with VFA Casting, you can create a free artist profile with Entertainment Partners through the Casting portal by clicking on 'Join Us' link on our homepage. During the registration process, be sure to select 'VFA Casting' when asked "how did you hear about us" to make it easier for us to locate your profile. If you already have a profile on the Casting portal, please ensure that it is up to date with as much information as possible. This will increase your chances of being selected for roles that match your skills and experience.

No, VFA Casting and Entertainment Partners are separate companies. VFA Casting acts as an employment agency on behalf of supporting artists. When we find roles that we think are suitable for you, we will contact you.

Entertainment Partners operate an online casting portal, they manage the book of artists used by VFA Casting.

No, you will not be charged a fee to create a profile on Entertainment Partners platform. There is no upfront cost - you will only be charged fees/commission on days worked.

The payment amount for each role and job may differ, and we provide the rate of pay in every availability inquiry to ensure you have all necessary information before accepting. Generally speaking, film jobs based in London follow the PACT/FAA 2022 agreement. More information regarding these rates can be found on our Rates page.

Call details are often not provided by the production until the day before, usually late afternoon/early evening. If you’re concerned that you haven’t received them, please contact the agent in managing your production. If you’re not sure who to contact, please email urgent@vfacasting.co.uk. Please include your name, phone number, production name and role if you know it.

Supporting artists are considered self-employed for Income Tax and National insurance purposes. VFA Casting is not your employer in any way - we act as an Employment Agency in accordance with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
